UN High Commissioner report on Syria states Bashar Al-Assad hasn't responded three times for fact finding inside Syria for the alleged killings . May 6th , May 20th , June 7th of 2011.
Obama publicly said longtime US ally Hosni Mubarak had to leave power on Feb. 1, eight days after the Egyptian uprising began.
